You are passionate about collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality services that improve outcomes for children and families.
What the Job Involves
This role involves contributing to the Children's Centre core offer by achieving Development Matters outcomes and objectives aligned with the EYFS statutory framework. You will work collaboratively with the Children's Centres and Early Years Play and Development (EYPaD) Centre Teams to facilitate groups for families with children under 5 years. You will identify families who may require additional support, provide information about local services, offer parents advice and guidance during their visit, and promote home learning.
