What the Job Involves
This role involves managing a caseload of youth justice cases according to national standards and the HMIP Inspection Framework. You will provide effective support and interventions to help children and young people complete their disposals/orders and strive for a crime-free life. The job requires effective communication with children, young people, their families, and relevant partners to ensure positive outcomes. You'll utilize AssetPlus as an assessment and planning tool with a focus on trauma-informed practice. Collaborative work with families and agencies to deliver evidence-based interventions is essential, alongside preparing various reports for courts and panels.
