What the Job Involves
Westminster Council is seeking an experienced Senior Campaigns Officer to deliver end-to-end, insight-driven campaigns that support organisational priorities and drive meaningful engagement across the city. You will use the OASIS framework to design, plan, and evaluate audience-focused strategies that influence behaviour, shift perceptions, and deliver clear, measurable outcomes. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical insight, and hands-on content creation across digital, print, social, and video channels. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with senior council officers, elected cabinet members, cross-organisational partners, and internal colleagues. You will lead campaign huddles, shape key messages, and ensure all activity is aligned with the council’s corporate narrative, brand, and priorities.

- Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns in a complex organisation
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content production skills across digital and print
- Deep understanding of the political, legal, and financial context of local government communications
