Who You Are
We are looking for someone who brings reliability, commitment, and enthusiasm to the role alongside highly technical IT skills and knowledge of data and its manipulation. Someone who understands the importance of business support and the difference it makes to the effective running of the integrated team.
What the Job Involves
This role involves various administrative responsibilities such as managing correspondence, storing information, and responding to Data Protection Subject Access requests. Tasks include minute taking, data reporting, database management, and support in finance activities. Building and maintaining professional relationships through effective communication is crucial. The role also involves creating and maintaining children's records, supporting colleague training, and assisting with recruitment processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing customer support, and escalating issues to senior managers as necessary. In addition, supporting staff development and contributing to performance and evaluation processes are critical aspects of your role.
