Who You Are
An experienced Social Worker seeking to join our Child Health & Disability Team in Cardiff. You have a Degree or Masters in Social Work (or equivalent) and have experience working within a Child Health & Disability Team. You are adept at collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary team centered around children's welfare.
What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibilities will include working alongside a multi-agency team of professionals in partnership with families using the Signs of Safety approach. You will contribute to developing and maintaining systems for quality service delivery, and you will complete Wellbeing Assessments, child protection enquiries, and develop and review care and support plans. You will also support families in a multiagency capacity, attend various child welfare meetings and conferences, and provide specialized advice and peer support within the children's services team.
