You are an experienced social worker capable of managing a team of professionals. You have a deep understanding of section 47 enquiries, assessment and intervention services, court processes, and public law outlines.

What the Job Involves

The role involves managing a pod of social workers responsible for section 47 enquiries, assessments, and interventions with families in need of services to support their children's welfare. You will supervise social workers within your pod, handle a duty pod on a three-week rotation, and work from the office during duty weeks. You will also provide support to other duty pods and cover management responsibilities, especially when the team manager is on annual leave.
