What the Job Involves
In this role, you will lead on tenant association complaints and manage member inquiries related to temporary accommodation. You will coordinate with managing agents and internal colleagues to ensure the accommodation provided is suitable and meets the required standards. Additionally, you will work closely with a team of property inspectors to enhance the quality of temporary accommodations. Providing excellent customer service to residents will be a key focus of your responsibilities over the next 3-6 months.
