What the Job Involves
You will lead the internal communications programme for the Next Phase of Change Programme. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve the Council's engagement with its diverse workforce, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities. You will work closely with the Internal Communications Manager, wider teams, and partners to increase staff awareness of key activities and explore innovative communication methods. Your role is crucial in developing resources and supporting leadership in effectively engaging with employees. Additionally, you will comply with organisational policies and adapt to the evolving needs of the organisation.
