We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Supervisor. You have a strong background in supervising multi-trade teams and are committed to ensuring health and safety compliance. You are results-driven, ensuring project delivery to high standards, on time and within budget.
What the Job Involves
This role entails working on-site across North Yorkshire, managing the delivery of planned maintenance projects across a variety of public and commercial properties. You will supervise day-to-day construction and highway maintenance activities, manage site documentation and resources, and lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, line managing operatives, and participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota are also key responsibilities.
Skills
- Experience across multiple trades in property maintenance
- SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid at Work, CITB MAP H&S Test
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (Children’s Barred List) required
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
