What the Job Involves
This role involves delivering high-quality social work through assessments, interventions, care planning, and reviews. You will carry a complex caseload, manage and support other social workers, and engage with various organizations to deliver comprehensive services. You will also ensure proper documentation, promote professional standards, and engage in structured assessments to identify and manage risks. Additionally, you will design care and support plans and convene inter-agency meetings to promote inclusion and well-being of isolated and vulnerable individuals.
