Who You Are
As a Social Worker, you are dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their well-being. You possess a valid driving license and have your own vehicle, essential for travel to various locations as part of your role. You have significant experience in assessment and case work, enabling you to understand and address the diverse needs of your clients.
What the job involves
Your role as a Social Worker involves conducting assessments and providing case management for clients. You'll work a minimum of 3 days in the office with standard working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday. Your work will support individuals and families, helping them access resources and navigate challenges in their lives.
