What the Job Involves
The role of the EHC Practitioner involves managing the statutory assessment process and ensuring timely development and review of Education, Health, and Care (EHC) Plans. You will collaborate with families, educational settings, and multi-agency professionals to tailor support for individual needs. This includes oversight of vulnerable groups such as children and young people who have been excluded, are on part-time timetables, or are EOTAS/EOTAC or EHE.

- Problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution
