You are an empathetic and resilient individual with a strong background and qualifications in social work. Possessing a deep understanding of relevant legislation and social care practices, you are adept at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment. You are registered with Social Work England and hold a recognized Social Work Qualification.
What the job involves
This role involves undertaking assessments of care needs and risks for service users and carers, managing a caseload of varying complexity, and coordinating with various agencies to ensure effective service delivery. Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining client records, facilitating needs-led services, developing care plans, and participating in multi-agency team working. You will also supervise unqualified staff or students as required and participate in duty rotas, while actively engaging with service users, promoting equality, diversity, and rights.
