You are registered with Social Work England and possess a keen understanding of relevant legislation, ideally with experience in presenting cases in court.
What the Job Involves
This role offers the opportunity to lead complex assessments and make safeguarding decisions that positively impact the lives of children and families. Responsibilities include undertaking detailed assessments, producing outcome-focused reports, attending multi-agency meetings, and participating in audits and quality assurance activities. You will maintain compliance with statutory guidance while supporting service development initiatives and collaborating with multi-agency partners. The varied nature of the work ensures a constantly engaging and rewarding experience.
