You are a dedicated and responsible professional with a commitment to the health and safety of those in your care. You should have a sound understanding of diversity and strive to deliver high-quality services that are sensitive and responsive to client needs. You must be flexible in your work approach, including working out of hours when necessary. You live locally to Mansfield and are committed to ongoing professional development. You hold a valid driver's license and have some experience in child protection or court work.

What the Job Involves

This position involves a variety of duties related to the assessment, planning, and implementation of services for children, young people, and their families or caregivers. You'll work in accordance with the Nottinghamshire practice framework, conducting inclusive assessments and maintaining accurate, timely records. You will collaborate with families and a range of agencies to coordinate and review outcome-focused plans, model strengths-based approaches, and participate in team activities and practice development. Compliance with legislation, departmental policies, and promoting equal opportunities are core responsibilities, along with safeguarding practices and using provided technology responsibly.
