Who You Are

The ideal candidate is an experienced housing professional with significant expertise in housing management roles. You should be someone who can prioritize workloads effectively and work collaboratively within a team. Strategic thinking and creativity in collaboration with partners, agencies, and community groups are crucial. A degree or equivalent qualification in housing, along with a valid driver's license, is essential.

What the Job Involves

As the JEH Neighbourhood Lead, you will deliver high-quality housing management services and oversee a portfolio of estates. Your responsibilities include estate and tenancy management, addressing anti-social behaviour, arrears recovery, resident engagement, and monitoring financial budgets. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless customer service and compliance with health and safety policies. You will also deputize for the Neighbourhood Manager and respond to complex complaints, contribute to service improvements, and participate in out-of-hours services as needed.
