What the job involves

The Housing Supply Officer is crucial in ensuring that the supply of temporary and privately rented housing meets demand and adheres to standards. You will work with the Housing Supply Team to acquire new temporary and privately rented sector housing in line with policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include working with the market to improve housing supply, efficiently securing PRS for residents in need, and managing relationships with landlords. You will also procure suitable properties for temporary use, provide advice to landlords, and address service delivery issues.
