What the Job Involves

• Work in a strength-based and person-centred manner to support the wellbeing and independence of adults in Waltham Forest.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding protocols.
• Analyse information, assess and manage risk as per relevant legislation.
• Complete Section 42(1) enquiries for resident safety and protection.
• Screen referrals, determine eligibility, and signpost to appropriate agencies.
• Establish effective relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Maintain high communication standards and written documentation.
• Participate in regular supervision and training opportunities.
