You will handle queries via telephony and face-to-face interactions at Customer Service Points in Skelmersdale and Ormskirk. You will work closely with management and team members to address customer issues, providing advocacy and solutions. Your role also includes supporting visitors, customers, and colleagues with a high level of professionalism.
