What the Job Involves
As the Practice Manager for the Pre & Post Birth Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the maternal healthcare unit. You will coordinate and manage the provision of antenatal and postnatal care services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care. The role involves collaborating with various healthcare professionals, including obstetricians, midwives, and pediatricians, to ensure cohesive patient care. Additionally, you will manage budgets, schedules, and team performance, always prioritizing patient satisfaction and the continuous improvement of health services.
