Who You Are
Experienced social worker committed to safeguarding children. You thrive in a supportive team environment and are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for children and families. You are adaptable and are comfortable working both in the office and flexibly as needed.
What the Job Involves
Working in our locality safeguarding teams, you will handle a caseload of children subject to Child Protection plans, pre-proceedings, and Care proceedings. You will work towards either case closure or ensuring children achieve looked after permanence. This role offers opportunities in both Worcester City and Malvern team, and Evesham and Pershore team. Office presence is typically required one or two days per week.
