You are an experienced social worker passionate about safeguarding children. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to supporting children and families through complex cases. You seek stability and a supportive work atmosphere to make a significant impact in your work.

What the Job Involves

As part of our locality safeguarding teams, you will manage a caseload of children involved in Child Protection plans, pre-proceedings, and Care proceedings. Your role will involve working closely with children and families towards case closure or to ensure looked after permanence. Positions are available in our Worcester City and Malvern team, as well as our Evesham and Pershore team. You will work flexibly, spending one or two days in our offices in Worcester or Pershore Civic Centre.
