What the Job Involves
The position involves leading negotiations to secure private rented accommodations at affordable rates. You will be responsible for authorizing payments and using homeless prevention funds to secure properties for various customer groups, such as homelessness prevention and relief cases, individuals transitioning from supported housing, and those moving on from temporary accommodations. Additionally, you will provide support to prospective tenants to help them successfully begin their tenancies.
