What the Job Involves
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the service, reporting to the Service Manager or service-specific Team Manager. Your role involves managing caseloads, developing policies and procedures, coordinating team activities, and staying current with policy and legislation. You will oversee case management, implement the operating model, and support the development of Early Help practices. Additionally, you will be accountable for financial approvals, risk management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality practice that prioritizes safeguarding and places service users at the heart of operations. This position may require travel outside the borough to support young people or vulnerable adults.
