What the Job Involves

The role involves managing a caseload of youth justice cases. You will work innovatively with young people to assess, develop, and deliver interventions and activities aimed at enhancing their personal and social skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with families and other professionals to engage youth and contribute to reducing anti-social behavior, crime, and risks such as becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and substance misuse.
