Who You Are

An experienced professional with strong leadership capabilities, looking to take on a challenging role in managing a team within the North Family Safeguarding Service. You are committed to ensuring that children receive high quality services and positive outcomes. Skilled in collaboration, you are adept at working with various partners and agencies to safeguard children and promote their well-being.

What the Job Involves

You will provide a high-quality service focused on achieving good outcomes for children through timely and appropriate interventions. Your role includes modeling excellent management practices, setting priorities, assessing needs, and implementing strategies and plans that align with national standards and council priorities. You will contribute to the strategic development of children's social care and collaborate with others to deliver high-performing services, meeting both local and national targets.
