What the Job Involves

This role involves managing a caseload of varying complexity, assessing needs, planning, implementing actions, and evaluating outcomes to promote the welfare of children and families. You will be working closely with children, young people, their families, and partner agencies. Key responsibilities include completing assessments, formulating and implementing plans, engaging in court attendance when necessary, and contributing to service development. The role also encompasses office duties, crisis response, and supervising social work students.
