Who You Are
You are an experienced practitioner with at least five years of post-qualifying experience. You possess sound knowledge of the legislative framework and have experience working in children’s safeguarding. You are highly skilled in providing both written and verbal evidence in court and demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and analysis to inform your recommendations.
What the Job Involves
As a senior social worker in the parenting assessment service, you will conduct high-quality assessments and interventions for families involved in pre-proceedings or within care proceedings. You will prepare evidence-based assessments and supervise a family support worker on your team. Your role involves ensuring that families receive bespoke and tailored interventions as part of the assessment process.
