What the job involves
This role involves maintaining the grounds, including lawns and gardens, to ensure they are tidy, attractive, and healthy. Duties include mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, and planting to uphold the visual appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces within the crematorium's public environment. You will also be responsible for transporting tools and the crew between sites, including KGV, Astwood, and St Johns.
Skills
- Grounds maintenance experience
- Mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting proficiency
- Valid driving licence
- Towing licence (advantageous)
- Excellent public interaction
- Ability to pass DBS check
- Willingness to undergo driver’s assessment
