Who You Are
We are seeking a candidate with experience in sourcing care homes for older adults and a comprehensive understanding of Care Act requirements and meeting assessed care needs. You should possess excellent communication and record-keeping skills, with a familiarity in working with local authority contracts and budget authorization processes. The candidate must demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills, alongside the capability to balance budgets.
What the Job Involves
This is a short-term temporary position to cover sickness for up to 4 weeks, with an immediate start. The role is hybrid office-based, requiring the ability to manage your own workload effectively and escalate issues if needed. There is no requirement to undertake visits.
