What the Job Involves
This role involves providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Housing Repairs Service and potentially to other directorates in the future. Responsibilities include managing complex repairs, coordinating various administrative tasks, supporting project work, and ensuring compliance with Council deadlines and procedures. You will work closely with residents, contractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to manage the repairs process and ensure smooth service delivery. Additional tasks include organizing meetings, collating reports, handling correspondence, and supporting events and training sessions.
