What the Job Involves

You will oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring it is safe, effective, person-centred, and meets regulatory standards. Collaborating with health and social care partners, you will facilitate hospital discharges and smooth transitions into the reablement service. Your leadership will empower, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional care. You will maintain compliance with CQC standards, drive improvements through audits, and ensure seamless, strengths-based care alongside robust governance and record keeping.
