Who You Are
You are a dedicated and experienced social worker specializing in working with children in long-term foster care. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities presented by caring for children under 16 years old who are in continuous foster care following the conclusion of care proceedings.
What the Job Involves
This position involves managing a caseload of 14 to 16 children, focusing on their welfare and development from the time they join the Children Looked After Team until they turn sixteen. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining personalized care plans, ensuring each child's needs are met, and supporting their foster families throughout the process.
