Who You Are

As a Senior Social Worker Practitioner, you are an experienced professional with a strong background in mental health services. You are dedicated to improving mental wellness and supporting those in need within the community. You are skilled and qualified as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP), and are passionate about leading and developing a team.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will be part of the Integrated Mental Health Services located in the Mental Health Hub in Wanstead. You will supervise AMHP staff and lead on safeguarding within the team. Your responsibilities include allocating social work-specific tasks to mental health social workers in the Mental Health Wellness Teams (MHWT) and supervising mental health social work staff. You will report directly to the MHWT team manager.
