What the job involves
As a Voids Officer, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused voids management service across the Council’s permanent housing stock. You will coordinate and oversee all aspects of the void process, support the implementation of the Choice Based Lettings Scheme, and work collaboratively to minimise void periods. Additionally, you will ensure that vulnerable new tenants receive appropriate support, helping them settle in and sustain their tenancies.
