What the Job Involves
As a Health & Safety Administration Officer at Westminster City Council, you will provide essential support to the Health & Safety team during a 6-month temporary period. Your role will involve delivering day-to-day administrative support, managing inboxes, scheduling, preparing documents, and maintaining Health & Safety logs and compliance records. You will support statutory inspections, audits, and risk assessments, assist in report production, and ensure accurate document organisation. You will also contribute to improving administrative processes and facilitate smooth information flow between stakeholders. Your efforts will enable the Head of Health & Safety to focus on strategic responsibilities and help stabilize administrative capacity during staff restructuring.
