This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring their effective day-to-day operations. You will manage communications, handle data collation and maintenance, and support financial processes, including petty cash management. You will also arrange meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain office systems. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a network of contacts are integral to your duties, as is ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
