Who You Are

An empathetic and skilled professional with experience in children's and family services, particularly in supporting families with children who have neurodiversity issues such as ADHD or ASD. You possess a deep understanding of the challenges these families face and can provide guidance and support effectively.

What the Job Involves

You will be responsible for receiving and handling initial referrals for the Family Service Autism and ADHD Team. Your role involves assessing these referrals against established threshold criteria for triage assessment. You will also offer signposting to families and professionals, guiding them to suitable external services when necessary.

Skills

• 5 GCSEs at level A*-C, including English, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of ADHD and ASD
• Understanding of available services in Nottinghamshire
• Experience in Children’s and Families Service settings
• Experience in supporting neurodiverse families
• Experience in referral administration and triage
• Full driving licence (unless registered disabled)
