Who You Are
Westminster City Council is seeking skilled and experienced Leasehold Advisors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capability, confidence in managing financial data, and a solid understanding of leasehold legislation, including Section 20 requirements. You will be adaptable to work across various Housing Service Centres and be dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
What the Job Involves
As a Leasehold Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring leaseholders receive accurate information and timely service. You will handle complex inquiries, process various leasehold-related transactions, and perform technical calculations for service charges. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers and stakeholders, processing applications, supporting payment advice and dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with statutory and council standards. Your work will aim to improve service accuracy, strengthen financial controls, reduce service backlogs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
