What the Job Involves
Your primary role will be to support the council in fulfilling its duties as outlined in the Children & Families Act 2014. You will oversee the creation and implementation of high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This involves ensuring efficient information collation, maintaining effective communication channels, and conducting regular audits to meet statutory requirements in the SEND service.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Children & Families Act 2014
- Proficiency in developing Education, Health and Care Plans
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with auditing and compliance procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively within legal and policy frameworks
