What the Job Involves
This role involves reviewing and extending carers support services and DP employment support. You will commission highly complex bespoke care packages for individuals eligible under s117. Attendance and participation in LDA DSR meetings and NHSE LDA monthly meetings is required. You will also conduct a review of day opportunities to influence future commissioning plans and identify potential savings. Additionally, you will prepare a sensory support commissioning options paper and contribute to market management efficiencies within the ASC transformation programme.
