What the job involves
This role requires engaging closely with children, families, and partner agencies to deliver services that safeguard children and address their needs. You will manage caseloads, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate care planning, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Participation in training and knowledge sharing is essential, alongside maintaining precise records and promoting active service user involvement in service planning and delivery. Office duty rotation is expected, with daily commitment to promoting welfare and supporting those at risk of harm.
