We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Support Officer to join our HR & OD service. You should be customer-focused, proactive, and equipped with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who communicates clearly and confidently, with a passion for delivering high-quality work and a continuous drive for improvement. Experience in HR administration or similar support roles will be an advantage.
What the Job Involves
As an HR Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality transactional support, handling employee record changes, and issuing contract variation letters. You will also act as the first point of contact for routine HR enquiries and support HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to corporate HR projects and assist in the development of HR policies.
