In this role, you will lead on Temporary Accommodation (TA) complaints and members' enquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. You will liaise with managing agents and internal colleagues to assess and ensure the suitability of temporary accommodations provided. Your collaboration with our team of property inspectors will be crucial to drive up the quality standards of temporary housing. Providing excellent customer service to our residents will be a key focus of your responsibilities.
