What the Job Involves
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Street Environment Services team to ensure efficient delivery of operational and strategic objectives. The main activities include managing documentation, coordinating communication, supporting services related to waste management, street cleaning, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities cover general administrative support, managing and responding to customer requests and complaints, supporting casework coordination, handling purchase orders and processing invoices, managing supplies, and providing project management support.
