What the Job Involves
The role involves managing a caseload along with administrative tasks effectively. You will act on referrals, empower service users and carers, and ensure person-centered interventions. The job requires conducting assessments, constructing care plans, attending court, and creating reports. You'll work in partnership with health professionals, support the development of new social workers, participate in service delivery planning, and monitor the implementation of plans. The role also includes contributing to team development, sharing knowledge of child protection, and promoting user and carer involvement.
