About the Role
As a Project Manager within our Capital Delivery team, you’ll lead medium‑to‑large‑scale regeneration projects through all RIBA stages. You’ll manage multidisciplinary consultant teams, oversee contractors, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in delivering the council’s ambitious regeneration programme and improving outcomes for residents.

What You’ll Bring
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Experience managing regeneration, construction, or capital projects through full RIBA stages
- Strong understanding of construction, risk management, procurement, and contract management
- Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- Ability to manage complex budgets and ensure value for money
- Confidence working with residents, elected members, and external partners
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work with political awareness and discretion
- Willingness to attend occasional meetings outside normal working hours
