What the Job Involves
This role involves investigating and resolving significant breaches of legislation by leveraging the best available powers and collaborating with various Council Services, Police, and other regulatory bodies. You will focus on Planning and Environmental Law to contribute to the Council’s objectives. Your responsibilities include managing projects within specific geographical areas, assisting with the delivery of enforcement action plans, providing leadership on enforcement appeals, and offering a reliable point of contact for residents and businesses to address their concerns.
