Adaptability is key, as you will work across multiple children’s centre settings.
What the Job Involves
As part of the Children's Centre Hub Team, you will provide high-quality play and communication activities at Enfield children’s centres. Your role includes supporting the development of communication, language, and literacy skills in children aged 0–4 years. You will focus on increasing the proportion of children achieving expected communication, language, and literacy levels at the Foundation Stage. Additionally, you'll handle data entry of user activities and outcomes of worker-led events, adhering to the Centre's administrative procedures. This position also aims to help deliver services in alignment with the Government’s Core Purpose for Children’s Centres to enhance outcomes for young children and their families, reducing inequalities, and improving child development, school readiness, parenting skills, and family health and life chances.
