This role involves managing a caseload of long-term Children Looked After (CLA), overseeing their welfare, development, and care plans. You will be responsible for conducting court work, preparing reports, attending hearings, and ensuring legal compliance. Additionally, your role includes working on adoption cases, collaborating with adoptive families, and facilitating smooth transitions for children entering adoption.
